Today's Affirmation

 

"Today I will focus on the process, not the outcome."

 

 

Sometimes we get so fixated on the outcome that we forget about the process.  The process is just as important if more important than the outcome.  If we focus on the process, then the outcome is assured, perhaps not as we imagined, but nonetheless, the outcome is assured.

 

For today, work through the process without concern for the outcome.  Focus on each step and do it well.  Find satisfaction in each of the steps.  Look at each completed step and say, "Ah, this is done well."  Then move on to the next step.

 

Create completion through the process.  Recognize that all things are a process, and that sometimes the process takes time.  Breathe, be patient, and enjoy the process!
