Today's Affirmation
"Today, I will stop and evaluate the behaviors that put me in the same situations over and over again. And then change them."
Where do you go from here? Where is your path leading you? Sometimes you may feel that you are lost in a jungle of confusion, hacking your way through thick undergrowth with very little success and progress. Every time you turn, your path is blocked.
Have you ever stopped to think that maybe it is not the path that is blocked, but yourself? That something within you is stopping you from an easier path? Could it be your way of thinking? Could it be your actions and behaviors? Could it be emotional blockages?
If you, right now, feel that you are struggling, trying to hack your way through the jungle, then stop what you are doing right now. Sit down, and think things through. Self-evaluate. Look for patterns in your life. Have you ever said, "Why does this always happen to me?" Have you ever said, "How do I always manage to pick out the one dysfunctional person in a room of 500?" Have you ever said, "Here we go again!"
So, maybe it's a wake up call. Maybe it is time to stop the madness. You may not be able to change environmental or external situations, but you certainly can change the way that you approach them or process them or deal with them.
Take a clue from the Universe, and spend time looking at the causes instead of the effects.
You do have the opportunity for a better way, a clearer path, a more direct route to your fulfillment and success. Why not take it?
In Love and Light-Always,
Robin
