Today's Affirmations

 

"All things are possible through prayer."

 

Here is a little story for you this morning:

 

"There once was a man who had passed on from his human life and had gone into the Great Beyond.  When he arrived there, there was a beautiful angel who greeted him and offered to show him around.

 

He saw many beautiful and wondrous sights and was awed and amazed at how beautiful the Great Beyond was.

 

Then the angel took him to what looked to be a huge airplane hangar which went on and on for miles and miles.  Inside, the building was lined with huge shelves from floor to ceiling holding all manner of things-from houses to boats to bicycles to piles of cash to stereo systems to ponies to well, everything that one can imagine.

 

The man, puzzled, turned to the angel and said, 'What is this place and why are all of these things here?'

 

The angel answered him, 'This is where we store all of the things that people prayed for but were to impatient to wait for.'"

 

 

So, my dear friends, pray ceaselessly, indeed, for your desires and your needs, but be patient.  The Universe will provide when the time is right.
